Can I receive e-mails & deals from multiple areas?
Steal Today’s Deal allows you to sign up for deal alerts from multiple communities in our network. Just log in and visit the ‘My Account’ link in the upper right corner of the page. Select ‘My Email Settings’ to modify your email alert preferences to add or remove areas.
I’m not receiving email alerts. What is wrong?
Please login and confirm your email preferences in the ‘My Email Settings’ of your account. If your preferences are properly set, but you are not receiving email, check your Junk mail or SPAM folder for any email from us. If everything appears in proper order but you are still not receiving email, please contact us at: email@example.com/
How do I buy a deal?
Each active deal will feature a ‘Buy Now’ button. You’ll need to register an account to make a purchase, but once you’ve decided to purchase, just click ‘Buy Now’, enter your credit card information, and purchase your deal. It is as easy as that!
When can I use the deal I purchase?
In most cases, you’ll be able to use your deal the next day. However, for some ‘Last Minute Deals’ or reservation-based deals, you should refer to the fine print on your deal certificate for specific instructions on when and where you may redeem your deal.
How do I redeem my deal?
After your purchase transaction has been processed, you will receive an email with a link to your deal certificate. You can also log into your Steal Today’s Deal account to view and print your deal certificates. Each deal has specific redemption instructions, so be sure to follow the instructions associated with each deal.
Can I buy a Steal Today’s Deal as a gift?
Of course! Your friends will love you for it! Just be sure to indicate the deal is being purchased as a gift. In most cases, the price you paid will be hidden from the recipient.
Can I give a deal certificate to a friend?
Unless otherwise stated on your deal, yes… you can give your unused and unexpired deal certificate to a friend. However, before you do so, please read the fine print to see if there are any restrictions on purchaser redemption and transferability. For some merchants, the deal may not be transferable – and the actual purchaser must be present for redemption.
How will charges appear on my credit card?
Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase. The merchant name will appear on your credit card statement as ‘NimbleCommerce’.
Can I make/use copies of my deal certificates or coupons?
Nope! All certificates and coupons contain unique tracking codes that are redeemed by each merchant at the time of purchase. Each certificate is valid for use only once.
Can I use my deal certificate with other offers from the merchant?
Usually not. Our deals are so good, most merchants will not allow them to be combined with other offers. Please refer to the fine print of your certificate for specific details.
Do deal certificates expire?
All certificates have expiration dates, and the promotional value of the certificate will expire on that day, unless prohibited by law. The amount paid will not expire. The specific expiration details of your deal will appear on your deal certificate.
Can I receive cash back or a credit if a portion of the deal certificate is unused?
No. Your certificate is good for one visit, and must be used in full during that visit. Merchants will not provide a refund, store credit or change back on any un-used portion.

What is the refund policy?
A full refund may be issued within 15 days from purchase date from Steal Today’s Deal as long as the voucher has not been redeemed or expired. After 15 days, all sales are final. A refund may be issued, if the Merchant has gone out of business before the redemption or expiration of your voucher. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or wish to return merchandise for a refund or credit, you must contact the Merchant directly. If you have difficulties redeeming your voucher, we will make every effort to work with you and the merchant to achieve a favorable outcome.
